WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Create engaging content for the audience on all social media platforms i.e. Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok.
- Create content that meets business objectives, like raising awareness, engaging the audience, and driving conversations on all social media platforms.
- Work closely with the team to deliver content that brings to life the brand, its values, and key campaigns.
- Researching social media trends/up-to-date with related industries.
- Basic knowledge of video and picture editing tools such as Canva, and Adobe suite e.t.c. for content creation purposes.
- Create weekly post rosters for all social media platforms on a weekly base and post 5 times a week on all social media platforms.
- Competent in providing quality customer service to customers across social media platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Creative, innovative, and enthusiastic mindset.
- Masterful in the use of English.
- Well-versed with social media platforms and trends.
- Team management experience.
- Well-versed with SEO marketing, social media analytics, hashtags, and other lead-generating tools.
- Disruptive with a continuous improvement mindset, who constantly looks for ways to be creative.
- Agile with the ability to work accurately at pace and deal with change.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral and comfortable talking through technical requirements.
- Good organizational skills – the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
This is a fully remote role and requires successful candidates to attend a day’s orientation.
