Once order has been paid for and confirmed, delivery information cannot be changed. Unfortunately, the Fitandpro team aren’t able to correct/amend your delivery information after order has been paid for and confirmed.

FitandPro is operating as safely as we can at the highest standards. We ensure the COVID 19 safety guidelines are followed and taken seriously.

Yes, we deliver nationwide, we can deliver anywhere in Nigeria.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, we would be dispatching on weekdays only, which is between MONDAYS and FRIDAYS. Orders placed during the weekends would be dispatched in the next working day. Be rest assured that you would receive your orders.

NOTE: Orders would be delivered between 3 – 7 working days outside ABUJA

Orders placed by Abuja residents would be shipped and delivered within 48 hours excluding Sundays. Orders placed on Sundays would be dispatched in the next working day.

No, we currently do not deliver outside Nigeria. We are working on partnering with logistic companies to breach that gap.

We are an online Fitness/sports apparel/accessories store, we do not offer pick up services. We also believe in convenience for our customers, you can sit back, relax and have your items delivered to your door step.

FitandPro currently uses 2 payment gateways which are FLUTTERWAVE and PAYSTACK. They accept payments online and are very secure and safe.

There’s currently no option for payment on delivery.

 Yes, we use ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe.
