GENERAL

Once your order has been paid for and confirmed, delivery information can be changed within 3 hours. You can mail support@fitandpro.com for your shipping address to be updated. Once the 3 hours time line elapses, you won’t be able to edit your order. 

Fit&Pro is operating as safely as we can at the highest standards. We ensure the COVID 19 safety guidelines are followed and taken seriously.

Yes, we deliver nationwide, we can deliver anywhere in Nigeria with our efficient delivery partners.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are an Online Fitness Store located in Abuja, so orders outside Abuja would be processed and dispatched between MONDAYS to SATURDAYS. Orders placed on SUNDAY, would be dispatched the following day. 

NOTE: Orders outside Abuja would be delivered between 3 – 5 working days.

We partner with GIG Logistics and Sendbox Technologies Ltd.

Orders placed by Abuja residents would be shipped and delivered within 24 – 48 hours including weekends. 

We partner with OyaNow Logistics and Sendbox Technologies Ltd.

No, we currently do not deliver outside Nigeria. We are working on partnering with logistics companies to breach that gap.

We are an online Fitness/sports apparel/accessories store, we do not offer pick up services at this time. We also believe in convenience for our customers, you can sit back, relax and have your items delivered to your door step.

PAYMENTS

Fit&Pro currently uses 3 payment gateways which are FLUTTERWAVE, OURPASS and ZILLA . They accept payments online and are very secure and safe.

You can also make payments for orders via bank transfer.

There’s currently no option for payment on delivery.

Yes, we use ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe.
