WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Create design briefs for day-to-day posts on all social media platforms.
- Communicate and strategize visual marketing posts with the social media manager and content creator.
- Use digital design software to create graphic design and image layouts that communicate company messaging and achieve artistic effects, using the resources provided to you.
- Collaborate and communicate with the rest of the Fit&Pro team, to develop and implement visual images and create engagement on all social media platforms.
- Pitch design idea drafts to team members.
- Work closely with the team to deliver content that portrays the brand, its values, and key campaigns, following the current trends.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Hands-on experience in curating brand ideas, sports/fitness ideas, and a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge about sports, fitness, and sport-related content.
- Masterful in the use of English.
- Willingness to work in a team or potential to lead a team if required.
- Disruptive with a continuous improvement mindset, constantly looking for ways to be creative.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Good organizational skills – the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
This is a fully remote role and requires successful candidates to attend a day’s orientation.
