Return Policy


  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.


  • Products must not be worn and washed with all tags still attached.


  • Exchanges are not part of our return policy; Exchanges can only take place on grounds of wrong product size, wrong item or defect that may arise from factory error.


  • Refunds can only be issued on the grounds of wrong product delivery by us or any defect that may arise from factory error.


  • We do not accept returns for items after the relevant exchange period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and request that you cover the delivery costs.


  1. Call to Register your complaint if theres an issue with your order or Mail Support@fitandpro.comto lodge your complaint.


  1. Your complaint will be processed Within 48 hours, your request will be reviewed by the FitandPro customer care team.


  1. After your complaint is reviewed, your item may or may not be authorized for return depending on the ‘Return Policy Eligibility’ as explained above.


  1. If return is not authorized, the FitandPro customer service team would communicate the relevant reasons return wasn’t approved. If return is authorized, you would be sent a step by step process on how this would be as seamless as possible by the FitandPro customer care team.


  1. Kindly ensure to pack returned items safely, with the tags still intact and items unwashed and worn.  The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories intact.


  1. Once your return is received, you would be contacted via your Email by the FitandPro customer care team. If the returned item does not meet the criteria for Number 5 above, the return process would not be approved, as Items are thoroughly inspected before the final return process is approved.


  1. Once your return is approved, Refund or exchange would be processed and shipped out to your location/address.
